Session 1: Fundamentals- 75 Minutes
Coaching Skills & Tools
Back to the basics baby! You know these already. If you have been through an ICF approved Coach Certification program you have likely learned at least 30 of these!. There are some that you are quite comfortable with and use frequently— these are your "go to" skills. What would your coaching sound/look/feel like if you really knew how and when to apply certain tools & skills? In addition, we will share new tools, tips, and techniques to fill your coaching tool box!
Session 2: Coaching- 75 Minutes
Practical Application
Ok! So you have know the skills! Now it is time to put them in action! You will join our Live "SPOTLIGHT" Coaching Platform. You will coach real people, with real scenarios, and receive feedback from qualified Professional Certified Momentum Coaches in real time! That's right-- no more practicing on your clients— do you have a skill, tool, technique you want to practice? Now is the time!
Session 3: Super Session -90 Minutes
Live Q&A and Guest Business Builders
As if the practical application and abundance of coaching tool/ skill resources weren't enough... we have added a jam packed line up of uber successful coaches to share their expertise! They will help you accelerate with the momentum you need to leverage your coaching skills as well as how to launch, build, scale and profit from your business as quickly as possible! Every month we will be on live with a new "guest coach" !
